Refund and Exchange Policy

No Refunds:

We do not offer refunds unless the product is defective or faulty, as outlined in the

Consumer Protection Act (CPA)

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, you may do so within

7 days of purchase, provided the item is

unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase

Sale Items:

Discounted or sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Faulty Goods:

If your item is faulty or not as described, please contact us immediately. We will assess the product in line with the CPA and either repair, replace, or refund depending on the circumstances.
